Is there dedicated parking available? Is it included in the purchase price, or is it an additional cost?

Every two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartment has a car park allocated to them as part of their purchase prices.

What security features are in place for residents?

One of the key advantages of apartment living is enhanced security. Your access into and around the building will be controlled by a swipe card and normal keys will be provided for your apartment door. For added peace of mind, CCTV cameras will monitor the exterior of the building and the car park areas.

What public transport options are nearby?

Simply cross the bridge to get to the nearest bus stop serviced by several BUSIT routes with direct access to the Hamilton CBD, The University of Waikato, The Base Shopping Centre and the Hamilton Transport Centre (main hub). Check out the BUSIT website for more information.

Is the development freehold or leasehold?

All Eastbank apartments will have a unit title. You own your apartment outright and share ownership of the common areas such as hallways, lifts, gardens with other residents in the building. A Body Corporate manages the upkeep of shared spaces and rules and budgets are in place to keep the building well-maintained and secure.

There will be a 10% deposit required on your contract going unconditional.

What payments are required throughout the construction?

Do not stress; once you have paid your 10% deposit, there are no payments required until final settlement.

Will there be an opportunity for a pre-settlement inspection?

Absolutely, this will be organised as we approach completion, and your settlement date draws closer.
