Engas is entering an exciting period of growth, and with a strong pipeline of Bay based projects ahead, we’re looking for an experienced Site Foreman to help keep our sites running smoothly.

The opportunity:

• Keeping daily site activities flowing - coordinating trades, deliveries, materials, and access so work progresses safely and efficiently.
• Working closely with the Project Manager and Site Manager to plan upcoming works and maintain programme momentum.
• Supporting and guiding subcontractors and site teams to ensure expectations are clear and standards are high.
• Maintaining a tidy, well organised site where safety, quality, and productivity are front of mind.
• Identifying issues early, solving problems on the ground, and helping keep the project moving.
• Promoting pride in workmanship and contributing to a smooth, defect-free handover.

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience as a Foreman within commercial construction environments.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and site operations.
• A practical, solutions focused mindset with the ability to think ahead.
• Clear communication skills and confidence coordinating trades and site teams.
• A genuine pride in running a well organised, safe site.
• Commitment to health & safety and building things the right way.
